"The Insider" speaks with the authors of Beverly Hills Beauty Secrets -- dermatologist Douglas Hamilton and renowned plastic surgeon Babak Azizzadeh, who performed a reconstructive and aesthetic procedure on Mary Jo Buttafuoco after she suffered facial paralysis as a result of being shot in the face.
Dr. Azizzadeh explains the procedures he performed on Mary Jo, which included correcting her smile and performing a face lift and a rhinoplasty. The entire procedure took about five to six hours to complete on Mary Jo.
